Watched Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths...
It’s funny to see a joking Batman and a bantering Justice League. Kind of short for me though.
Okay, back to work!

Here's your new Superman, but who should play...
dcwomenkickingass:
In case you haven’t heard The Tudor’s Henry Clavill* has won the role of Superman in the latest reboot.
He certainly is a good actor and, as seen above, looks the part.
But the most important question is yet to be answered. Who will play Lois Lane. Earlier Unicornicopia brilliantly suggested Rashida Jones.
Who is your choice to play Lois? Rashida? Rachel McAdams? Erica...

Crying while my nose is bleeding
This is certainly a new experience. My eyes are now red, too. I just want this week to end and be able to go back home. Oh well, I’m just gonna let this bleed. Hahahaha.
EDIT: I know I said I was going to beg off from Tumblr but then it’s too funny for me not to share this. Kahit na mamamatay na ‘ko sa sakit.

Hiatus.
I’ll be leaving Tumblr again, this time longer, 3 months minimum. I need to gain focus and be able to trust in my abilities again, especially since real life has been taking a dump on me. I’ll be popping in once in a while, but maybe for a quick blurb or maybe a heartfelt rant on insights in the things that happen in my life or the flurry of emotions I go through every day.
I need to...

Sabi nila, patience is a virtue.
People admire those whose patience reach great lengths. But then again, paano ‘pag naubos na ang patience? Wala na rin ba ang pagtingin nila?
There are people who actually possess great patience, na para na silang santo, kulang na lang milagro e pwede na silang umakyat sa langit. Kahit na ilang beses mo silang paghintayin o kahit gaano pa katagal, kahit ilang beses mo silang pakitaan ng...

Egyptian Muslims Throng in Thousands to Protect... →
almas88:
Thousands of Muslims honored a promise made by their leaders and showed up at Christmas Mass or at candlelight vigils outside Egyptian churches on Friday, offering their bodies as human shields against any acts of terrorists. The observances were tense, in view of the New Year’s Day bombing of a cathedral in Alexandria, which killed 21. The Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church celebrates...

The most memorable moments in DC history for...
dcwomenkickingass:
We’re at the half-way point of showcasing the top 30 memorable moments. And for number 15, the guest poster is one of the nicest gents I’ve had the pleasure to meet in comics, Martin Gray. He is a journalist based in Scotland who spent a few years as editor of UK DC reprint titles. He reviews comics at his blog, “Too Dangerous For a Girl.” The blog’s title comes from a time...

Sometimes, you wonder why you have "friends" who...
that they think the whole world revolves around them and think that everyone likes his antics or the over-acting way he expresses himself (which he believes is goofy and funny but it’s not).
And inside my head, I shriek and rip all of my hair when they ask a little too much of me. FUCKING TOO MUCH. Too much that it reaches a point that it’s not even a friendship, it’s...

Mayor Herbert Bautista promotes traffic enforcer... →
pinoytumblr:
At around 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, traffic enforcer Sol Botilla stopped Quezon City Mayor Herbert “Bistek” Bautista, who was not accompanied by security escorts at the time. Botilla said he did not recognize the mayor, whom he thought was a Chinese national. Bautista said in the Inquirer.net report, “He only recognized me when I spoke and acknowledged the (traffic) violation.”

Wish you were in bed and hope to God you stay there forever
Finally go home, but realize you can’t relax til the next vacation

JANUARY 03, 2010
I know it’s kinda long but please do try to read through it for a quick bit. This was written by my good friend Tata Yap. She’s part of the Guidon (and a whole lot of other orgs) as a photog & as a graphic designer. She’s been shooting for quite some time now so I’m pretty sure she knows what she’s talking about.
Lately, we’ve been discussing when ...

2011
I was supposed to write something for the new year yesterday but I forgot what I was going to write and I was out the whole day yesterday. But hey, it is still 2011 so this isn’t that late, is it?
I don’t know what to say actually. Haha. I’ll write whatever comes to mind as I go along. But know that I am very optimistic towards the new year (though the remaining three months of...

My views on the Metro Manila Film Festival have changed over the years. I used to dismiss the whole thing outright, but since I started making movies, I’ve come to realize how valuable the MMFF is to our country.
See, the…
